Deutsche Bank affirms a 'Buy' on Heinz (NYSE: HNZ) price target of $60.00 (from $57.00).
Deutsche analyst said, "We continue to recommend Heinz on the basis of growing EM exposure, Long-Term benefits from select investment (SAP (NYSE: SAP) / restructuring), and solid market share positions in key developed (US, UK) markets. With a 6-7% C2013 FCF yield and 2.0x net debt/EBITDA, we see minimal downside but a number of catalysts that can drive the stock higher."
Deutsche analyst suggests staying more positive on long-term earnings outlook and cash flow, not that the recent earnings beat was mainly due to a lower tax rate.
