Goldman Sachs maintains a 'Buy' on Campbell Soup (NYSE: CPB) price target of $39.00.

Analyst, Jason English, said, "CPB reported a better-than-expected 4Q12, beating our above-consensus estimate of $0.39 by $0.02, primarily on a modestly lower tax rate. FY13 guidance of 3%-5% EPS growth (inclusive of 2.5% Bolthouse accretion) was in line with expectations. Given a slightly lower tax rate in FY13 and adjusted Bolthouse sales/EBIT contribution, we raise FY13E/FY14E EPS to $2.59/$2.75 from $2.57/$2.74 and introduce an FY15 EPS estimate of $2.95."
