Oppenheimer initiates coverage on Allison Transmission (NYSE: ALSN) with an Outperform. PT $25.00.
Analyst, Ian Zaffino, said, "As the world’s dominant manufacturer of fully automatic transmissions for medium- and heavy-duty trucks, Allison boasts industry-leading margins, significant FCF and bountiful growth opportunities. A significantly favorable tax position and limited capex provide investors with a 10.5% FCF yield."
