Jefferies assumes coverage on LinkedIn (NYSE: LNKD) with a Buy. PT $142.00 (from $92.00).

Jefferies analyst said, "LNKD is likely to continue to perform in the near term, driven by: 1) a beat and raise earnings based on conservative guidance, and 2) an ability to keeping taking market share as it provides the most differentiated, effective products out there, in all three of its segments."

Lowers FY EPS estimate from $0.36 to (0.20) and next yr from $0.80 to $0.44.
