Dollar General (NYSE: DG) reported Q2 adjusted-EPS of $0.69, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.95 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.96 billion.
Comps up 5.1%.
Dollar General sees FY2012 EPS of $2.77-2.85, versus prior guidance of $2.68-2.78 and the consensus of $2.81.
