Bank of Nova Scotia (NYSE: BNS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.57 per share, or $2.28 annualized. This is a 3.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.55.
The dividend will be payable on October 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on October 2, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 28, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
