Peers of Kenexa Corp. (Nasdaq: KNXA) are bid sharply higher Monday after IBM (NYSE: IBM) snapped-up the company for $1.3 billion, or a 42 percent premium to its recent close.
Cornerstone OnDemand (Nasdaq: CSOD), Ultimate Software Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ULTI), Saba Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: SABA) are three stocks speculators are keeping a close eye. Late-2011 IPO Jive Software (Nasdaq: JIVE) is another stock that traders are watching.
CSOD is up 6.4 percent, ULTI is up 2.5 percent, SABA is up 12.6 percent and JIVE is flat.
