HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HCC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.165 per share, or $0.66 annualized. This is a 6.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.155.

The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on October 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
