Sirius XM Radio (Nasdaq: SIRI) shares are slumping in after-hours trading following headlines from Bloomberg that shareholders lost a bid to stop a takeover by Liberty Media (Nasdaq: LMCA). According to the report, a judge in the case blocked shareholders' effort to purchase more shares of the satellite radio provider.
