Globe Specialty Metals, Inc. (NASDAQ: GSM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0625 per share, or $0.25 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on September 19, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 5, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 31, 2012.
