Jefferies reiterates a 'Buy' on China Cord Blood (NYSE: CO) price target of $5.50.
Analyst, Brian Tanquilut, said, "CO's decision to buy out the minority position in its Guangzhou operations and enhance its relationship with Asia-wide cord blood bank operator Cordlife at the same time, is a strategic move that cleans up CO's operating structure and provides an earnings boost (through the reduction of CO's non-controlling interest accrual) and incremental cash to fund share buybacks."
