TE Connectivity (NYSE: TEL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 29, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
