Envivio (Nasdaq: ENVI) 47% LOWER; announced that it expects revenue for the quarter ending July 31, 2012 to be in the range of $10 million to $11 million, as compared to its previous guidance of $17 million to $18 million. The Street saw $17.7 million in revs.

Summer Infant, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUMR) 29% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.02), $0.11 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $61.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $63.67 million

Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) 23% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.08, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $568.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $576.76 million. Groupon sees Q3 2012 revenue of $580-620 million, versus the consensus of $604.49 million.

Michael Kors Holdings (NYSE: KORS) 13% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.34, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $414.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $398 million. Michael Kors Holdings sees FY2013 EPS of $1.32-1.34, versus the consensus of $1.12. Michael Kors Holdings sees Q2 2013 EPS of $0.33-0.35, versus the consensus of $0.28.

Estee Lauder Cos., Inc. (NYSE: EL) 6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.17, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.25 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.21 billion. Estee Lauder Cos., Inc. sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.71-0.77, versus the consensus of $0.78. Estee Lauder Cos., Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $2.44-2.56, versus the consensus of $2.57.

WuXi PharmaTech (NYSE: WX) 5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.33, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $130.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $126.65 million. WuXi PharmaTech sees FY2012 revenue of $488-498 million, versus prior guidance of $468-488 million and the consensus of $484.3 million. WuXi PharmaTech sees Q3 2012 revenue of $121-124 million, versus the consensus of $119.73 million.

Array Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRY) 6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.09), $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.13). Revenue for the quarter came in at $20.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $21.45 million.

Aegean Marine Petroleum (NYSE: ANW) 4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.15, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.89 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.74 billion.

Celsion Corporation (NASDAQ: CLSN) 4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.18), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.19).

MarkWest Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: MWE) 4% LOWER; has commenced a public offering of 6,000,000 common units. MarkWest intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase a maximum of 900,000 additional common units to cover the underwriters’ sale of additional common units, if any.

The Wendy's Company (NYSE: WEN) 2% LOWER; KeyBanc downgraded Wendy's from Hold to Underweight with a price target of $4.00.

Santarus, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNTS) 2% LOWER; announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has extended the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) target action date for the review of the New Drug Application (NDA) for UCERIS (budesonide) tablets 9 mg for the induction of remission of mild to moderate active ulcerative colitis from October 16, 2012 to January 16, 2013. The three-month extension is a standard extension period

Education Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: EDR) 2% LOWER; announced that it plans to sell 13,500,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The Company also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,025,000 additional shares of common stock.

Monster Beverage Corporation (NASDAQ: MNST) 2% HIGHER; announced that its Board of Directors has authorized an increase in its share repurchase program to repurchase an additional $250 million of its outstanding common stock. As of August 13, 2012, the total amount available under the authorization is $500 million.

Home Depot, Inc. (NYSE: HD) 1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.01, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.97. Revenue for the quarter came in at $20.57 billion versus the consensus estimate of $20.77 billion. Home Depot boosted its FY12 EPS outlook to $2.95, versus the consensus of $2.92.
