Jefferies reiterates a 'Hold' on Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE: CYT) price target of $65.00.

Analyst, Laurence Alexander, said, "The announcement of a strategic collaboration with Jaguar Land Rover adds one more component to Cytec's strategic shift into industrial composites. We expect Cytec shares to be range-bound pending clarity on the Coatings divestiture and subsequent capex spending."
