Groupon (Nasdaq: GRPN) shares are lower in late trading Monday following Q2 results showing a 5 cent EPS beat but light revs.
The daily-deals site sees Q3 revs of $580 - $620 million and operating income of $15 - $35 million.
Operating income compares with $46.49 million reported in the second-quarter 2012 and a loss of $0.2 million in the same period last year. Revs in Q3 are expected to be $604.5 million.
