Canaccord Genuity initiates coverage on SodaStream International (NASDAQ: SODA) with a Hold. PT $45.00.
Analyst, Scott Van Winkle, said, "We are intrigued by SodaStream’s opportunities to replicate its long-term success in Europe into both the US and Asia. While we anticipate robust near-term growth and a favorable 2012 holiday season in the US could drive the shares, we believe the valuation is fair for a highly volatile stock and key metrics will be closely monitored as US distribution is essentially complete."
"We forecast 50% EPS growth this year and 25% next. At 15.6x next year’s EPS forecast, we believe the valuation is justified."
