Scotts Miracle Gro (SMG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.3% to $0.325; Yields 3.1%

Scotts Miracle Gro (NYSE: SMG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.325 per share, or $1.3 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on September 10, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 27, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 23, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
