Tim Hortons (NYSE: THI) declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.21 per share, or C$0.84 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 5, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 20, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 16, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
