Manulife Financial Corp. (NYSE: MFC) declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.13 per share, or C$0.52 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 19, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 21, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 17, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
