Standpoint Research downgraded United Therapeutics Corp. (NASDAQ: UTHR) from Buy to Hold.

The firm comments, "Our March 12 recommendation UTHR has jumped 40% since April 18 and just hit a 52-week high. The shares have out-performed the S&P-500 by more than 1500 bps since our recommendation. We can no longer leave our highest recommendation attached to this name. Our price target for 2013-2014 remains $60-$65."
