Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Inc. (NYSE: RBA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1225 per share, or $0.49 annualized. This is an 8.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1125.

The dividend will be payable on September 7, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 17, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 15, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
