Northstar Realty Finance Corp. (NRF) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.7% to $0.16; 11.7% Yield

Northstar Realty Finance Corp. (NYSE: NRF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on August 17, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 13, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 9, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11.7 percent.
