Score another One for Apple in Mobile, Samsung Skunked, Google So-So, RIM in Red (AAPL) (GOOG) (RIMM)

Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) took 15.4 percent share of the U.S. mobile subscriber (OEM) market in June vs 14 percent in March, according to a report by ComScore. Samsung remained as the top OEM, with 25.6 percent of the market in June, compared to 26 percent in March. LG is ranked second with 18.8 percent of the market. In June Apple gained on both competitors, but is still ranked 3rd.

Today’s report also showed steady gains for Apple for its smartphone platform in June, which inched 1.7 percent higher to 32.4 percent of the market. This compares to Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) which has 51.6 percent, and was higher by 0.6 percent. RIM’s (Nasdaq: RIMM) operating system lost 1.6 percent share of the market and is now at 10.7 percent.
