American Tower Corp. (NYSE: AMT) reported Q2 adjusted FFO of $0.75, $0.35 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $697.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $698.47 million.

Adjusted FFO last year was $0.66 per share.
