Enbridge Energy Partners (NYSE: EEP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5435 per share, or $2.174 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 7, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 3, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.5 percent.
