Boardwalk Pipeline Partners (NYSE: BWP) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.5325 per share, or $2.13 annualized.

The distribution will be payable on August 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 9, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of August 7, 2012.

The annual yield on the distribution is 7.3 percent.
