World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. (NYSE: WWE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 25, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 14, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 12, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.1 percent.
