Monotype Imaging Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TYPE) declared an initial quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, or $0.16 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 19, 2012, to stockholders of record on October 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 27, 2012.
