Republic Services, Inc. (RSG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.8% to $0.235; 3.5% Yield

Republic Services, Inc. (NYSE: RSG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.235 per share, or $0.94 annualized. This is a 6.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on October 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
