Inergy L.P. (NYSE: NRGY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share, or $1.5 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 7, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 3, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.9 percent.
