Interface, Inc. (NASDAQ: IFSIA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share, or $0.1 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.02.

The dividend will be payable on August 24, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 8, 2012.
