Timken Co. (NYSE: TKR) reported Q2 EPS of $1.34, $0.15 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.34 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.45 billion.

Timken Co. sees FY2012 EPS of $5.00-$5.30, versus the consensus of $5.76.
