Golar LNG (GMLP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.3% to $0.44; 5.5% Yield

Golar LNG (NASDAQ: GMLP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 2.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.43.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 3, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 1, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.5 percent.
