Goldman Sachs maintains a 'Neutral' on TripAdvisor (NASDAQ: TRIP) price target of $38.00.

Analyst, Heath P. Terry, said, "Muted revenue growth was, in our view, as much a function of growing competition in the market for Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) keywords, negatively impacting conversions, as it was a strategic initiative to diversify traffic sources. Hotel traffic continues to grow roughly 30% yoy and pricing remains stable qoq, strong enough fundamentals to give us comfort in the company achieving full year guidance, though we think considerable upside is not likely. With the stock trading at 13X 2013 EV/EBITDA versus the internet group at 11X, we believe the risk/reward is balanced."

FY12 EPS estimate cut from $1.35 to $1.26, FY13 from $1.68 to $1.58, and FY14 from $1.91 to $1.82.
