Canadian National Railway (CNI) Declares C$0.375 Quarterly Dividend; 1.8% Yield

Canadian National Railway Co (NYSE: CNI) declared a quarterly dividend of CDN$0.375 per share, or CDN$1.50 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 28, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 7, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 5, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
