First Niagara Financial (NASDAQ: FNFG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 3, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 1, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
