International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.7% to $0.34; 2.6% Yield

International Flavors & Fragrances (NYSE: IFF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, or $1.36 annualized. This is a 9.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.31.

The dividend will be payable on October 3, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 19, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 17, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
