Forward Air Corp (NASDAQ: FWRD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized. This is a 42.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.07.

The dividend will be payable on September 7, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 23, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 21, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
