JPMorgan Downgrades DeVry (DV), ITT (ESI) to Underweight

A JPMorgan analyst downgraded shares of DeVry (NYSE: DV) and ITT Educational Services (NYSE: ESI) from Neutral to Underweight Tuesday morning. The lowered investment recommendations follow sharply reduced fourth-quarter guidance from DeVry on Monday evening.

The entire For-Profit Education sector is getting whacked this morning. DeVry shares last traded at $20 even, down nearly 30 percent from Monday's closing price.
