Vanguard Natural Resources (VNR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 1.3% to $0.60; Yields 8.3%

Vanguard Natural Resources (NYSE: VNR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share, or $2.4 annualized. This is a 1.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.5925.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 7, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 3, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.3 percent.
