Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: CLMT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.59 per share, or $2.36 annualized. This is a 5.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.56.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 3, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 1, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9.3 percent.
