Jefferies reiterates a 'Hold' on Werner Enterprises (NASDAQ: WERN) price target of $25.00 (from $27.00).
Analyst, Peter Nesvold, said that second quarter earnings for WERN were in-line with estimates and yields weren't as bad as feared.
On revenues, Nesvold, said, "Overall, revenue was a little light as top-line growth
trailed our forecast by $16.1mm. Total revenue grew 1.1% YoY vs. our forecast of 4.3% YoY, and trailed the 6.2% YoY growth in 1Q:12. Trucking revenues dipped 1.7% YoY vs. our forecast of 2.9% YoY, retreating from the 3.7% YoY growth in 1Q:12."
