Natural Resource Partners L.P. (NYSE: NRP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share, or $2.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 3, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 1, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11 percent.
