J.M. Smucker Co. (SJM) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.3% to $0.52; Yields 2.7%

J.M. Smucker Co. (NYSE: SJM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per share, or $2.08 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.48.

The dividend will be payable on September 4, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 8, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.
