Carbo Ceramics, Inc. (NYSE: CRR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.24.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 30, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
