Barclays Reiterates an 'Overweight' on Alliance Data Systems (ADS); Expect Strong Q2

Barclays reiterates an 'Overweight' on Alliance Data Systems (NYSE: ADS) price target of $145.00.

Analyst, Darrin D. Peller, said, "ADS reports 2Q12 earnings on Thursday (July 19). With 2Q12 NCOs of 4.9%, delinquencies of 3.9% and continued growth in receivables, we continue to see upside to our estimates in private label for 2Q12 and 2012...We raised our estimate for full-year 2012 average receivables growth to 15% Y/Y (vs. our prior estimate of 14% Y/Y), which includes the conversion of the Bon-Ton portfolio in 3Q12."
