Goldman Sachs maintains a 'Neutral' on Equinix (NASDAQ: EQIX) price target of $194.00 (from $150.00).
Analyst, Scott Goldman, said, "We walk away more constructive on EQIX’s ability to maintain/support its growth under a REIT structure but we remain Neutral rated, as we believe expectations for a 2014 REIT conversion are already reflected in the current price."
FY12 EPS estimate raised from $2.42 to $2.56, FY13 from $3.22 to $3.41 and FY14 from $4.82 to $5.26.
