Transmontaigne Partners (TLP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 1.6% to $0.64; Yields 7.4%

Transmontaigne Partners (NYSE: TLP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.64 per share, or $2.56 annualized. This is a 1.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.63.

The dividend will be payable on August 7, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.4 percent.
