MKM Partners upgraded D.R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) from Neutral to Buy. PT raised from $18 to $22.
Analyst, Megan McGrath, said, "While a 1.9x book value multiple is above the historical average, we believe that our view of near-term continued positive trends in housing combined with our expectation that DHI could recapture its DTA within the next six months points to continued upside for the shares."
