Canaccord Genuity maintains a 'Hold' on Genomic Health Inc. (NASDAQ: GHDX) price target of $31.00.
Analyst, Jeffrey Frelick, said, "We model GHDX to report sales of $58M (+14%), matching the consensus, and EPS of ($0.00), roughly in line with consensus of ($0.02)."
"GHDX shares have surprised us this year, returning ~30% YTD on the heels of a strong 1Q/12 performance; and likely getting a lift from M&A activity in the space. We expect discussion on its clinical validation study for its prostate cancer test, which it hopes to commercialize in 2013...however, we are cautious in the company’s outlook for the back half of the year. We maintain our rating as the company invests in its pipeline."
